Peggy the venue owner not only is wonderful to work with, she makes you feel at home instantly. She has seen just about every kind of event come through there - so she is also a wealth of knowledge. Working in a blank space can feel overwhelming to those who don't heart for event planning + design, but she can lead you in the right the direction and then we recommend working with a planner who can bring your vision to life.
The white brick walls and the amount of space available offers the freedom to implement a wide array of design ideas and brings the focus on the celebration at hand. The large windows on the entrance side of the space offer beautiful natural light and a downtown Brooklyn vibe in the heart of Somerville. The tall ceilings and raw elements allow your creativity to flow with ceiling decor, lighting and other design elements.
The Warehouse has a one main event space, big enough for seating, entertainment, food & beverage, and other needs. A connected lounge called the "garage" that's great for a bar for bigger events or additional space for your vendors in a smaller celebration. And a few additional back of house spaces for your storage + vendor needs.
