DESTINATION WEDDINGS

WHAT constitutes a destination Wedding? Any celebration where over 50% of your guests are coming from out of town. It could be somewhere driving distance, but it's a destination that requires guests to stay overnight and travel for the weekend.

Most people think this means somewhere tropical or adventurous, but we have done many right here in Massachusetts on Cape Cod, in Newburyport etc. Planning a weekend for all of our guests can be an overwhelming task, not to mention getting all the supplies there. When we work with destination Wedding couples, we handle every detail so you get to arrive as guest, vacation as a guest, and get married as guest, no matter the destination.

LOCATION SELECTION

Choosing a destination from a far and learning the ins and outs of the local market can be a challenge. We work with you to compare destinations, venues and what all of that means for you and your guests to select the best option.

VENDOR SECUREMENT

Finding vendors local to the destination is a great way to work with your budget. We use our network to find most qualified and trusted vendors that can bring your vision to life. Language barriers? Cultural differences? We've got it handled.

GUEST MANAGEMENT

There's more than just an RSVP card your guests need to worry about when it comes to a destination Wedding. We work with your guests to ensure they feel comfortable in their travels and are set with accommodations before they arrive.

ON-SITE EXECUTION

Ever thought how you were going to travel with your Wedding dress? Don't worry, we will take care of it. We pack a full emergency kit and are there by your side to ensure all the plans are coming to fruition and all your guests are having the time of their lives!
